We loved our stay at Beach Therapy. It had the most incredible views of the beach and ocean. It was the nicest beach condo we have ever stayed in. It had everything we could have possibly needed for our beach vacation. We will definitely go back if we have a chance. I can’t say enough about the views, drop dead gorgeous! When not at the beach or pools, we spent a lot of time sitting out on the balcony enjoying the stellar scenery and incredible sunsets every evening.

Can not say enough good things about the condo or the owner. She made sure we had everything we needed to have a comfortable, and luxury stay. She even kept in co tact with us while out do the country on vacation herself! Talk about top notch service!! The condo was spacious enough for me my husband, our two kids and both of our moms. Fully stocked with plenty of everything from pots and pans, to towels. Lots of amazing fun memories were made and we can’t wait to book our next stay.

We have rented for several years in Panama City beach, Pensacola, gulf shores, the list goes on and on. We could not have asked for a better condo rental. Kathy was very informational about the area, gave a lot of information about the condo and amenities. The condo was magnificent. There was everything you could ever need in this condo. All the way down to a fire extinguisher! Juicers, blenders, toaster, EVERYTHING!! And enough for a large family to cook anything and everything they could want. The views were out of this word. Very quiet and relaxing. The beds were so comfortable and air conditioner works great. There was a standing fan in the bedroom as well as ceiling fans in both bedrooms. The living room furniture was so comfortable and was great for taking a nap in between activities. Every board game you could want to play. Plenty of extra linens, ice chest and the added beach chairs were great. We will definitely be renting here every year. Thank you Kathy for a wonderful vacation

A505 is stunning & has the most beautiful views ever! Had an absolute amazing stay with 9 guests & 2 small pampered diva pups! Great communication with owner & the unit is beautiful! The kitchen is very well stocked with more dishes, glassware & more cookware than I’ve ever seen in a rental. We had excellent accommodations, very easy access & throughly enjoyed our stay! I highly recommend this unit or anything from this owner-you won’t be disappointed!

My husband and I recently went to Panama City Beach for a vacation. We have stayed at Dunes of Panama many times for many years. This was the first time that we stayed at Beach Therapy and the name is a true indication of what we got! The accommodations went above and beyond any place we have ever stayed at before! Big screen tv’s, comfortable reclining sofas and king size beds! There wasn’t anything that we needed that wasn’t provided! Just amazing! And working with the owner was so very easy! Kathy was very quick answering any questions we had and provided great suggestions of places to eat and shop! This was by far the easiest and most relaxing vacation we ever took! Thank you Kathy! ❤️

We spent both mornings and evenings out on the balcony as our slice of heaven eating breakfast or watching the sunset. Because it's facing mostly West, you can always get a small portion of shade in the late afternoon in case you're sick of the sun. Some places we've been to have had a minimal balcony, but this one is nice at 6'x11'. Our 2nd favorite thing was the warm pool. This pool is close to this unit and feels like bath water when you step into it even in Feb when it's cooler - even better than a hot tub where you need to get out when you get too hot. And our 3 favorite thing was our walks on the beach. Every day we'd head out to the beach for a walk and came home with way too many shells. Kathy was very responsive for any questions that we had and gave us a lot of good guidance on restaurants and activities. The unit itself is very quiet and comfortable. The king bed looking over the ocean and beach was very comfortable and beautiful. This is also where I set up my work station for work overlooking the ocean - you can't beat working in that type of environment! There is plenty of whatever you need in the unit, pots, pans, dinnerware, and even spices! The location is wonderful. It's away from the craziness of Pier Park, close to several grocery stores and close to St Andrew's state park. There are plenty of places to eat everywhere in Panama City Beach, even many within walking distance. And, a plug for the food truck across the street who had some of the best tacos around. All and all, we wouldn't look anywhere else when returning to Panama City Beach.

Our Condo at The Dunes of Panama was truly beach therapy. There aren't words to express how much fun we had and how peaceful our stay was. So many conveniences from the easy check in/out to the reserved chairs on the beach. Our views were breath taking. Kathy, made sure we knew all the great places to eat and made sure that the condo was stalked with everything we could need, from extra blankets to every size bowl. We 10/10 recommend staying in one of her fabulous Condos. We are planning our next trip we can not wait to go back to a stress free vacation.
